Return Policy

Due to the nature of the eco-friendly manufacturing process we participate in, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our products. Every item you purchase is custom made just for you with your individual preferences and sizes. Since we have no stock, we are unable to keep any return stock. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate a new way to create eco-conscious fashion. We will however accept returns for manufactures defects.  

We use Printful for our print on demand platform. We follow their return policy for any conditions stated below. 

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unfortunately we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@printful.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
